Service Point (students)
The student-run Service Point is part of the Central Student Advisory Service, serves as an initial contact point to presort and handle enquiries for various university institutions and provides information on a wide range of study-related issues. The student assistants can currently be reached via the live chat on the website, via video chat and via email.
Central Student Advisory Service (ZSB)
As a central institution, we are happy to help you with any questions you may have about your studies. In particular, we deal with questions of advice on taking up studies, the course of studies, changing subjects or degree programmes, completing studies or even problematic situations during studies. Our advisory service focuses on those seeking advice and their needs, is independent and free of charge.
