Life on campus

The campus of the University of Vechta is located at ten minutes' walk from the city centre and about twenty minutes' walk from Vechta's train station. The university library, the university canteen, as well as most of the classrooms and administrative offices, are all located around the crossroad between Driverstraße, Universitätsstraße and Windallee. Only a very few offices and classrooms are situated outside of the campus, at the city centre's field office of the University (Burgstraße). The campus offers students and staff of the University of Vechta several services (library, canteen, cafes, etc.) and a number of leisure time options.
